Jeong-eun, Korean Tutor

Jeong-eun is a passionate, friendly, and highly experienced Korean teacher who loves helping learners discover the beauty of the Korean language.

For her, learning a new language is one of the most exciting and rewarding adventures you can take. It opens the door to a whole new world of culture, stories, and connections. When she first started learning English in junior school, she remembers the joy of realising that some foreign words had already blended into Korean — that spark of curiosity is exactly what she hopes to share with you.

She has got an impressive amount of experience in teaching Korean to non-native speakers: from working with the US military in Korea to museums, charities, TV production companies in the UK.

She currently works closely with the Korean Embassy in London to run language and culture programmes for primary and secondary school students across the UK.

Whether you are obsessed with K-pop and K-dramas, preparing for travel, reconnecting with your heritage, or simply excited to explore a new language, she is here to guide you every step of the way.
